Democracy Maps is a minimal civic skeleton that links data, deliberation, and culture to make better public decisions — while keeping the creative and scientific process offstage for now.

Abstract

Democracy Maps is both a highly structured civic technology and a provocative work of cognitive art.

It maps democracy across scales — from neighbourhoods to the planetary sphere — while reimagining political life as a dynamic, performative, and ethical space.

Data is not only processed; it is staged, narrated, and embodied through artistic interventions, with AI as a creative symbiont.

AI as Symbiont — trained in existential dilemmas, AI acts as both a data analyst and a dramaturg of democracy. *
